I’m very flexible and understanding and was grateful for the service I received with my new and only insurance, and I can listen and ignore stuff but I feel bad that someone is helping me and not getting paid. I heard one say other practices get breaks. " The initial contact with the front desk( which well, very nice and prompt) I heard that one the gal that registered me was off the clock and the others would not answer the phone because they were on break (but still sanitizing clipboards but would not answer phones( understandable, but still cared enough to protect the spread of germs□, God love her heart). I haven’t needed to return since the successful surgery over five years ago, but when my disease progressed to another region of my spine, my first and only call was to the doctor I truly believe will give me the best care and success a second time and I come this time with full trust that I’m back in the best hands. I’ve referred any and everyone that needs advice for doctors (not only just Lemons but the entire practice). I STILL stand firmly that Dr Lemons gave me back my life that I had already accepted was gone. Did not only get the recommendation, but directly to Dr. " I first became a patient of this practice over 5 years ago and was recommended to this practice by many medical offices across the state (the recommendations all stated the same, “the two best orthopedic specialists in the state is located in Raleigh, through Rex hospital practices and pinehurst, which do u prefef?” The near exact statement from my neurosurgeon that IS part of the Rex hospital practices.
